Martina Norell is a Swedish-born Design Director based in Los Angeles, specializing in contemporary women’s fashion. After graduating top of her class from Beckmans College of Design, she built a career spanning both European and American fashion houses, including Bailey44, Stateside, 7 For All Mankind, Elie Tahari, and GANT.

Her work is defined by a balance of strong design vision, commercial awareness, and an intuitive understanding of fit and fabric. Martina has collaborated with industry leaders such as Shelli Segal, Jonathan Simkhai, and Carly Cushnie, and is known for creating collections that feel modern, elevated, and wearable. She is currently working as a Design Director and consultant, partnering with brands to shape product direction and build enduring collections.
